- 3 cups mixed berries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp pectin
- ¾ cup Apple Sugar
- Pinch of salt

Mash berries lightly in a saucepan with lemon juice and salt.

Whisk in pectin and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
