Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup milk of choice, chilled
  • 1–2 tbsp Apple Sugar, to taste
  • Ice

Instructions

    Whisk matcha and hot water until smooth and frothy.

    Fill a glass with ice and pour in the chilled milk.

    Stir in Apple Sugar until fully dissolved.
