- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 cup milk of choice, chilled
- 1–2 tbsp Apple Sugar, to taste
- Ice
Instructions

Whisk matcha and hot water until smooth and frothy.

Fill a glass with ice and pour in the chilled milk.

Stir in Apple Sugar until fully dissolved.
