Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water or milk
  • 2 tbsp Apple Sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Diced apple and extra cinnamon, to serve

Instructions

    Bring water or milk to a gentle simmer in a small pot.

    Stir in oats, salt, and cinnamon. Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring often.

    Remove from heat and stir in Apple Sugar until silky.

    Top with diced apple and an extra pinch of cinnamon.
