- ¾ cup Apple Sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Heat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment.

Cream butter and Apple Sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.

Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined, then fold in chocolate chips.

Scoop rounded tablespoons onto trays and bake 10–12 minutes until golden at the edges.

Cool on the tray 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
